• Contact details you submit through our "Contact Us" form about a specific animal or talent profile — name, email, phone number, and your message
• Account information when you sign up — email address and a password (stored securely, never in plain text)
• Talent/animal application details — name, address, phone number, photos, and details about the animal or performer you're submitting
• Standard technical information collected automatically by our hosting provider (e.g. browser type, general location from IP address) for security and performance purposes

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries submitted through the Contact form
• To review and process talent/animal applications, and to contact you about casting opportunities that match your profile
• To let you manage your own submissions through your account
• To notify our staff internally when a new inquiry or application comes in

What becomes public

If your animal or talent profile is approved, the profile information you submit (name, photos, breed/ description, skills) is displayed publicly on our Browse Our Talent page, since that's the purpose of the roster. Your personal contact information (email, phone, home address) is never displayed publicly — only our staff can see it, for the purpose of coordinating casting opportunities with you directly.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information. We use third-party service providers to run the site and communicate with you (hosting, database, email/SMS delivery) — these providers process data on our behalf and don't use it for their own purposes.

Your choices

You can update or delete your account and submitted profiles at any time from your account dashboard. To request that any other information we hold about you be corrected or removed, contact us using the details below.
