- Dora the Explorer could not have been named more appropriately. She spends her days curiously exploring and finding items both inside and out to trot around with in her mouth. She is a hunter gatherer of acorns. Her favorite past time is to hunt acorns under the big oak trees out side, saving her findings into one large acorn pile on the front porch. She also does bunny rabbit performances, running in circles while “diving” up and down, and jumping and plunging incredibly fast circling the entire house or yard for 5 to 10 minutes at a time; with her ears back and legs tucked in making her resemble a bunny. She also jumps off all fours straight up in the air very high staying in one place like there are springs on her feet, will tire you out in a fierce tag match, and is always coming up with new cute and playful, yet amusingly odd, antics every day of her lil pup life. She is 100 mph, all day every day. However, when the lights turn off at night, it’s as if she’s connected to the light switch and immediately shuts off and turns off her high energy, and goes from 100-0mph instantly falling to sleep for 8 solid hours while sweetly cuddling with mom with her tiny head snuggled up in the crease of mom’s neck or above her on the pillow with her chin on her moms head like a sweetheart. Everyday she is both a fierce monster and aDORAble angel, sweet and mischievous, and either exhaustingly energized and interactive in a fun way, or the most loving cuddly little baby dog ever. There is no in between with her big personality, and everyone loves her for it!
